How much are extras or extra work?
Prices for maintenance and support are listed in the product catalog for Support. The prices quoted are hourly rates. Hours spent are rounded down to the nearest hour. So if we can deal with your request in under an hour you get the work FREE of CHARGE.
If you have a Wonder of WordPress site then you will be expected to perform your own backups and upgrades when prompted. But if we are doing work and happen to notice that upgrades are needed then we will perform these for you.
If you have a Drupal 6 website then you will probably not be able to maintain the modules yourself. So we will provide this support as part of the hosting.
