Bobbing Wideweb design - web development

Having celebrated my success with adding an image into the footer template(*), I'm now trying to theme the footer for a specific newsletter. The tid of the term is 349 so the template footer file name is simplenews-newsletter-footer--349.tpl.php
 

The Therapy Directory team are getting ready to send out newsletters. They want to be able to include their banner. This seems easy enough... it can be done using the template files

But how do we go about applying a theme?

And can I use the Bobbing Wide filter?

Let's try the customised body and footer tpl.php files first
