About the Bobbing Wide web development blogs
There are two official Bobbing Wide Wide Web Development blogs, run using Drupal on www.bobbingwidewebdevelopment.com and www.bobbingwidewebdevelopment.co.uk
Denise Thatcher Invades Britain
A very funny book
Website to sell the hilarious book by local authoress, Denise Thatcher.
Implemented with Drupal and Ubercart ecommerce to sell one product.
Includes a slideshow of the scrap book of original letters and other items mentioned in the book.
G.D.White (IFA)
Mike and his team had had a one-page "holding" website that had been produced using Microsoft's FrontPage program. They wanted a site that simply stated what they do.
Bobbing Wide delivered a 10 page Silver level website using Drupal.
Deal with Stress
Irene wanted a replacement for her rather dated website. Although she had been given instructions to maintain the original site she found it too complicated. Her first requirement "Can you centre the page in the window?" could have been a one line change to the CSS... But I could not see a (simple) way of doing it under the current implementation. Since the hosting was due to expire, we looked at the replacement options. We developed a prototype in WordPress, but that seemed too inflexible.
So I migrated it to Drupal.
Therapy Directory
The Therapy Directory is both a Free book and an on-line directory of Complementary Therapists. Each year Gill Routledge, the publisher of the book updates the entries for the therapists who want to advertise in the book and also updates the online version.
PAGE Specialist Engineering
David Page is an engineer specialising in the manufacture and sales of the Burrell 6 inch scale steam locomotive. He had a website which contained a gallery of photos and a video. David wanted a replacement site which would coincide with the launch of his new product - the single cylinder Burrell 6 inch scale steam locomotive.
Anchor Golf Society (.co.uk)
www.anchorgolf.co.uk is the replacement site for anchorgolf.com
The Anchor Golf Society wanted to be able to collaborate on the content creation and update of the website. We created a new site, using the Drupal Content Management System with a style similar to the original site. We have focussed on managing the content rather than the look and feel.

What should my website look like?
Ever since I started migrating my Bobbing Wide static website to Drupal I've had little challenges to overcome related to the look and feel (theme) of the site.
My latest challenge is that the primary menu has gone funny again.
